this may seem like contradiction but it's not. singing/rapping are two separate things. it may look same. while singing/rapping, you speak in a flow and that helps. even some people suggest that if you are stuttering then try speaking in a flow like you are singing. you can try this by speaking that one word in which you stutter the most and now keep tat word in a middle of the sentence and speak the sentence in a flow.
