I'm sorry to hear this happened. Anxious situations like interviews hardly help with speaking. I get the feeling that you were apprehensive going into the interview - which makes things worse. I highly recommend calming yourself and your thoughts down. Using meditation, affirmations, breathing exercises, visualisations, yoga, anything that can allow you to relax before going in and while you're in there.
