Started to stutter around 10 years old

Started to stutter around 10 years old Hi guys I started to stutter at around 10years old but my stutter is mild but can get bad sometimes Can anyone let me know if they’ve been in a similar situation and if speech therapy has helped . (I’m 15 now) also if anyone has any tips that would be appreciated
