I met my girlfriend online.  It took 4 years of on-and-off swiping, remaking my profile, etc. So you gotta put in the work.  But we've been together over a year now and very happy.  I think online dating particularly suits us because that first impression involves absolutely zero speech. It's all about looks* and texting ability.  *anyone can look good - it just takes some nice pictures of you doing interesting things. Women are more attracted to what personality you exhibit than how muscular you are.
