Tips to reduce anxiety: * set a new condition: **From now on I'll only reinforce automatic natural speech** \- to stop control, and **reinforce easy speech** \- to stop complex behavior and pushing * distinguish stutter feeling or intuition from fight or flight response. I advocate for stopping fight or flight response and keeping the hardwired stutter feeling to build tolerance * Skip a feared letter (if you can't get it out) over doing repetitions and starting over from the start of the sentence
