First of all, thank you for sharing your story. Second, I began mindful meditation two years ago and I've seen a significant improvement. Many people who stutter are chasing the 'fluency gods' but since I've embraced it and told myself "it's okay to stutter", I've noticed a decrease in my blocks/repetitions. I learned not to put so much pressure on myself and just be me. During a conversation, I focus on the person and not my stutter; when I do this, my stutter seems to dissipate. Good luck and know that you are not alone.
