Me too...it became a little bit of a problem in high school where I would say a bunch of weird shit because it was easier for me...and yeah curse words have the same effect. It's crazy that with my parents and some really close friends, the amount I have to word substitute drastically, and i mean drastically, goes down. it gives me hope, and it should to you as well.
