Popcorn reading is a form of practice, and a variation of “Robin-Round Reading,” in mainly literature classes where the class of students as a whole go around and have to take turns reading a portion of the unit’s common text out-loud. According to many sources, it is a very horrible practice and should be never be done in schools for a high quantity of reasons, and I wish that more schools teach and educate people on speech impediments.
