I’m not aware of any exercises, diet or vitamin supplements which act as a dopamine antagonist. These are anti-psychotic meds designed to target dopamine receptors the specific parts of the brain. I’ve read that exercise can modulate dopamine in the brain, and drinking certain relaxant herbal teas can increase GABA in the brain, which helps to modulate dopamine to some degree, but not as powerfully as those meds.
