I am not sure which jurisdiction you are in, but you should consider filing a complaint. States (if you are in the US) have boards that oversee judicial conduct. This would probably just be a slap on the wrist, but is nonetheless unacceptable. Judges are held to a very high standard and mocking someone’s speech should not be tolerated.
