Hello! Stutterer here! I also work for a therapy department and work the insurances. Looks like you had a deductible of 404.31. When you pay that you’ll meet your deductible and then they will cover a portion. Insurance sucks. I can’t see the whole bill, let me know if I’m wrong in my thinking of the deductible not being met.
