Hey dudes, just wanted to share something So I've been stuttering for as long as I can remember, but as of now, it's not holding me back nearly as much as it used to. This might be super trivial knowledge, but I just wanted to share it anyway. There will always be very tough situations like ordering food or talking on the phone where stuttering and feeling bad about it is almost inevitable, but as far as schools and such goes, it is super important to tell everyone and let them in on your stutter. I had en examination today with 3 students, being a stutterer myself, I could clearly see that one of the students were stuttering heavily. The other two didn't, and did not realize that his pauses weren't pauses, but actually him stuttering. The problem was that the other two guys were ping-ponging while he was trying to get words out. Clarity about stuttering makes it much easier on you and your surroundings, and can even help prevent things like bullying. Being clear about it and explaining it, for me at least, has made being someone who stutters a lot easier, instead of simply being overlooked or misunderstood.
