Has anyone read this book before?

Has anyone read this book before? It's called *Mastering Blocking and Stuttering: A Cognitive Approach to Achieving Fluency* by Bob Bodenhamer. I bought it on my Kindle this morning and it seems to have pretty much all 5-star reviews on Amazon. I'm just interested if anyone here has any experience with the book.
