Use it to your advantage. Mention it before your interview, mention it at the start of you have to (don't go on about it of course!). I tend to joke about mine saying you will get all the answers you want but it may take a little longer to get them. If you are a good fit for the job they will want you. It's a great thing to use when you have to talk about things you have to overcome etc too. Use it right and you will actually stand out from the other applicants. I have found that most people are actually decent and will not hold it against you or find it weird. If they do then it's probably not a place you would want to work anyway. Don't worry so much about it, you have got this.
