You explained the block sensation very well. It's like your brain short circuits for a second and you simply cannot say the word, whether your mind is preoccupied or you're nervous about stuttering. I used to not stutter when by myself, but now I do. I think it's all psychological and I let my stutter affect me so much and allow it to be present, that it's developed into a more severe problem. Who knows man, who knows
