Does anyone else stutter more in a specific language?

Does anyone else stutter more in a specific language? I would say I'm about 90% block-free when speaking English, but I'm only like 50% block-free in Korean. And I'm Korean too, although I'm more fluent in English. And I would block on the H (ㅎ) sound in Korean but would never have a problem pronouncing the H sound in English. Stuttering is really weird.
