Those who stutter do your kids also stutter? My fiancé and I are getting married next year and we plan to have kids someday. However, once in a while my fiancé worries that she will pass on her 'stuttering gene' to our children. My fiancé was born and raised in Mexico, her stutter is a lot more severe and noticeable in her native Spanish but when she speaks English and some Polish (I'm from Poland) she doesn't stutter much - sometime it's unnoticeable. Nevertheless, as much as I know my fiancé is great with kids and I know will me a terrific loving mom - she worries about passing on her stutter. The funny thing about genes is that it's unpredictable so it's possible that none of our kid(s) will inherent her stutter. For those who stutter and have kids - do your children also stutter? Do you have any advice? :)
