Hi! I'm an SLP and here are some accommodations I've written for students who stutter. They may not all apply to your career, but I thought I'd share. -Allow extended time for presentations -Allow self-scheduling for presentations -Encourage classroom/workplace culture of patience, listening, and communication diversity -Allow pre-recorded presentations Overall, the best thing you may be able to do is meet with your supervisors and explain stuttering to them, and aducate them on basics when it comes to interacting with people who stutter (don't interrupt, slow their own rate of speaking, decrease communicative pressure, etc.).
