You can get speech therapy through your high school as well as speak with a guidance counselor. But, you have to reach out first. No one is coming to save you. You have to advocate for yourself and your speech disability. You can do it! As far as jobs, do not let your disability hold you back. Just go for whatever your passion is? Btw, what is it?
