Thank you for the response. I do not have ADHD but I suspected I had ADD due to my inability to focus on what people are saying. What medications can be used as training wheels for stuttering? My list so far is **Decreases Stuttering :** * Caffeine (Makes me very talkative. Only decreases stuttering slightly) * Benadryl (Very slight decrease) * Lexapro (Decreased my stuttering and anxiety) * Vitamin B-1 (The first time I took it, it completely took away my stuttering. Now, I do not see an effect) * Noopept (Seems to help my memory and speaking skills but doesnt reduce stuttering too much) * Fish Oil (It may have helped...? Placebo maybe?) **No effect :** * Chamomile * Kava * St. Johns Wort (May have to re-visit this one due to the herbal supplement being fake) * Magnesium **Increases Stuttering :** * Concerta (Its awesome for focus and becoming more talkative though) * Etizolam * Kratom Some of these may be placebo however
