You would need a higher dose, maybe like 1 mg to start maybe even 2mg, but it is in the same family as xanax so is very addictive and needs careful monitoring if you want to prevent addiction. But for me instead of carrying around a 50 pound bag, it was decreased to about 10 to 15.
