As someone who attended three courses I recommend the program. The aftercare is good with a very strong support network and a private coach for regular practices. It's going too far to say that it will work guaranteed. For me it didn't despite working my ass off by practicing daily and always pushing out of my comfort zone. The technique failed me at the times I needed it the most. The success rate hovers around 70 - 85% depending on the regions, which is quite high.
