Maybe I was unclear, but I think a four sentence review would be helpful to simply add to your main post. I’d assume most people on this sub would have nearly identical questions. Also, many are young or not accustomed to deciphering this type of literature. As I’m currently experiencing severe brain fog due to an untreated severe iron deficiency, I’m unable to fully understand the article.
