Being registered with my university's disability office helped me so much in college. If I was required to give an oral presentation for a class I had the ability to choose the setting of my presentation. I would usually stay after class and present to only my professor and TA. This helped me focus on the content of my project rather than dealing with the anxiety of knowing I will have to orally present it.
