When talking on the phone, I usually drink water before. It kinda helps. Learn breathing exercises. Inhales and exhale through your nose, then speak. Give you time to think what you’re gonna say and makes you calmer. Learn to accept your stutter. Don’t get nervous from it, it just end up worse. If you stutter, power through it.
