Many stutterers will tell you about the short-term ”beneficial” effects of alcohol, MDMA etc. Of course, that’s not to say that it’s in any way recommended to self-medicate with these things (it’s absolutely not!), but to say that the effects are ”hallucinated” is just wrong.
