I feel you, I'm in the same boat The best thing is to just accept it I guess and to focus on your breath. I had gone to speech therapy when I just started but it didn't help at all. It's different for everyone ofcourse, but I wouldn't know any other things than to just try to live with it and stay calm(which is pretty friggin hard lol)
