This life is temporary and a test. The Almighty will give us hardships but with it will also come ease. That's all I can say. But I do recall that in the Quran Prophet Moses (pbuh) also had a speech impediment but then he prayed to The Almighty and He told him to say something repeatedly. He got cured after that.
