Once I let everyone know I stutter.. my speaking got easier...and better.. I was more relaxed having conversations...I heard that song " I gotta be me" and took inspiration.. ...the pretending trying to hide it... made it worse.. Your partner should know..... if they don't already.. Tell him or her.
