For me it's the opposite. When i'm with friends or family it's usually worse, because i don't really care if i stutter or not. But with random people, i guess my adrenaline starts pumping and i stutter way less to the point where i can easly read 5-6 sentences without breaking a sweat. ( Happens very rarely)
