As a person with a stutter, I would prefer to bring it up myself. As in, don’t bring it up directly with her. Let her come to you if she wants help. Just literally treat her like a normal fluent person. For me at least, all I want is for people to see my stutter as something as innocuous as the freckles on my nose. Let her order food in public, speak for herself, etc.
