The BSA has a pretty cool initiative, the [Employers Stammering Network](http://www.stammering.org/esn.html). What I think is interesting about this is that it bridges the gap between the stuttering community and the world at large (the world of employment). For awareness, we need to bring together PWS and PWNS. But yes, it is a big "how".
