If fluency isn’t the goal for your clients that seems not fair for them. I don’t blame you your schooling didn’t teach you proper techniques to effectively help pws. I’d say 99% fluent and I was someone that had severe blocks and repetition so yea it’s possible to be fluent and I’m not lying about that 💯
