It sounds you are very anxiety affected. I'd try focusing on anxiety reducing techniques. If you are like me. Your stuttering is getting worse but you stuttered a little bit then got anxious and self conscious about it so you stuttered more. Being social again can be an anxious time. For me I find if I work on reducing my general anxiety. Then the anxiety around stuttering decrease so I stutter less so I get more confidence and less anxious so I stutter even less. If I notice my stutter getting worse. I focus on sleeping properly and taking ten minutes or so a day to sit quietly, and focus on breathing slowly and relaxing. It doesn't fix it overnight but it always helps. It helps just knowing I have a process to decrease it. I hope this helps you too.
