Pretty normal what you just said. I can relate, when I talk to my dad I feel like a burden is over my head and I can hardly string together a few words without stuttering and getting stern looks. It really depends on the person. If you feel like person is judging you then you're going to stutter a lot more. I was once in a work environment where I felt no one was judging me and my speech was smooth however in some other environments I do stutter a bit or a lot more unfortunately. All of the symptoms you described are pretty normal. I do think the less you think about it the better it is, but it's easier said than done. We need to find a way to be able to distract ourselves from it.
