Thank you for providing us with articles and your summary. Speaking of text what exactly can we do? When I have stuttering I feel a lot of negative sensations in my body. I'm trying to understand what is happening to me and what can I do to feel myself more free and able to speak fluently. It leads me to paying attention to what I feel and what I do, including breathing and pronouncing words. So when the advice given is "speak naturally" what exactly should I learn or unlearn? And how?
