Everybody has to find their own way of dealing with stutter. Unfortunately, with most of us, it is associated with psychological/mental problems, which may be hard to overcome, for example, it is hard to work with anxiety habits when you have lived with them for so long. What I belive is that you have to find your own path, try speech therapy, yoga, workout/exercise/gym, reading, playing an instrument, or if anything else does not work, just let it go, make your own peace and enjoy yourself despite the stutter.
