You need to be more social with people outside. That's the key. Have a set daily target of maybe 5-10 different people girls and boys and stick to that. Each day have a conversation with that people whoever they are and make sure they conversations are long. You will notice how your social anxiety goes down after a few days. I also stutter and I'm working on this at the moment
