I’m in a similar spot but I’ve asked to reply with written replies rather than a phone screener when possible. Sometimes it work and sometimes not. How do you go about leading or taking calls like on teams or zoom with other team members or clients? At my current job I just avoid as much speaking as I can but the higher I go the more leading face time type meetings are required. Is that the sort of work you do or do you have a role that doesn’t require that? For context o work as an analyst and the roles above me are either PM, senior analyst, or SME which all turn into explainers and talkers rather than backend less talking type roles.
