Hey, I had a phone interview for a programming job. I literally could not speak, I blocked on 1 work for over a minute and hung up the phone! Then they called me back and said I could type the answers, we had like a skype chat so I could instant message the answers. I then got through that interview and onto the in person interview and got the job :) I would say, ask if you can type.... it helped me alot
