A couple of tricks/breathing exercises I learned in speech therapy may or may not be able to help. 1) When you're about to say the word on which you'll face a block: Take a deep, relaxed breath and say the word as you exhale. 2) This one is a bit more obscure, but also proved effective for me. But it's probably the most challenging mentally to get used to: As you're about to face a block. Say you're gonna introduce yourself, try and *fake* a block on word that comes beforehand. E.g. you say "My name is Jordan", where normally you'd get stuck on J-j-j-jordan. Try and purposely get stuck on the M in 'my': "M-m-m-my name is Jordan". In this case, if done successfully, it helps you get past your name. I'm not sure why it works. Now your milage may vary, but it's worth a shot. Bear in mind all these exercises are heavily reliant on your breathing. Breathing in general is vital to controlling your stutter.
