No, but it's incredibly expensive, and it's not an easy fix. Delay audio feedback works for some people, doesn't for others. When it does work for people, they end up getting used to it and it doesn't work anymore. It's not something to do ever single day. Personally, I would never purchase such a thing, or be dependent on a device to help me speak fluently, especially if, when I get used to it, it won't work anymore and I wasted thousands of dollars. If I were you, I would go to a speech pathologist. If you can, go to a few different ones if the first one you see doesn't work. Personally, the speech pathologists I'm seeing now has taught me white a few strategies others have not, and it's extremely helpful.
