i was never rejected from a job because of my stutter. i would be rejected cause i would be under qualified. each interview i would do i always began letting the interviewer know i had a stutter but that it wont stop me from doing my job and achieving my goals with the company. that tells them what you have, allows them to adjust without thinking that you’re just not prepared or nervous. and it addresses what you have making you feel more comfortable that they already know. most people will respect you and actually care and listen. if they don’t respect you and change their attitude then that job is not for you. it is 2026 and jobs should not be denying you because of a stutter, and if they do that could potentially be a lawsuit $$$
