Hey there buddy! :) 40-year-old stutterer here. First off, please talk to your teacher(s) and explain to them that you stutter - if you haven't already, that is. It doesn't sound like they're completely aware of your situation, or at least, they don't seem to be handling it properly. Second, ask them if they know of any speech therapists (in your area). Maybe get your parents involved in this part too. There may be techniques you can use to help manage your stutter - it's going to take some effort on your part, but it may be worth a shot. :) Third, people telling you to "slow down/breathe/pause" etc. are just common but ultimately misguided attempts at helping you. People don't know any better (_yet_, we could add, if we were optimistically inclined). Try not to get frustrated by their clumsy attempts... Fourth, stutter varies depending on what we do and how we're feeling. That's one of the most annoying features, I reckon: "I was completely fluent a second ago and now I'm not! What gives!"... But, that's what we have to deal with. Familiarizing ourselves with our stutter can help us not be as surprised by it. Finally, don't worry! Most people don't really think too much about stutterers. They're just waiting for you to finish/communicate. Some may seek to help you get your words out, but in the end, it's your struggle, so just be patient with yourself, and you'll get those words out eventually. :) Don't be afraid to use your hands to signal during!
