When I notice my stuttering is really worse the usual for a while I start taking ten minutes a day just to sit quiekty6by myself with my eyes closed and meditate. Just focus and breathing and relaxing. It won't fix it immed9but it's an accumulative affect. It really does lower my general anxiety levels in general and stops me from getting on the periods of higher then usual stuttering.
