Hey buddy, I help people professionally overcome their stutter. I overcame my issue at 27 and now I help many others. Stressful situations(as you’re aware) can increase your fluency issues. I noticed in your response you mentioned that you have a very low voice. One of the things you’ll need to do to become fluent is to speak without your “stuttering voice”. For example, one thing I noticed when I stutter is my voice begins to dip. After I recognized this, I started to raise my voice once it dipped and it started to help. I noticed it dipped in sensitive, emotional or uncomfortable situations. Especially at doctor visits for example.
