Overcoming Physical Stuttering Behavior

Overcoming Physical Stuttering Behavior Hi, this is my first time posting on this sub-Reddit, but I am a 19 year old male and have stuttered since I was four. I've developed the terrible habit of trying to physically push out words (i.e. - shifting me weight, tossing my phone in my hand, rocking in my chair, pushing myself up off of my seat, etc.). I've been stuck in this dependency for probably more than ten years, and I can't find it in myself to change it. I've gone to therapy, but many of the strategies I learned there aren't successful in real-life situations. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
