I went through everything you have gone through. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of my stuttering so I felt I needed to find the answer. I spent years researching how the brain learns where I discovered that my brain is wired differently. I wanted a fluent brain. I needed to find how to get a fluent brain. I discovered that the fluent brain was able to voluntarily control the Valsalva response which I found was the basis of my stuttering. I spent a long time trying to gain control of my Valsalva response. Once I achieved my goal I became fluent. I have never had a relapse because I transformed my brain into a fluent speaker. It was a life changing experience.
