1. Our body shows the same “symptoms” when we’re nervous or excited. We have control over what we call it. Intentionally call it excitement. 2. Know that each time you lean in cs run away you’re building another strand of your courage muscle, especially around family. 3. Meditating before family events always helped me Family is always triggering for me. Good luck. 💪
