Practice practice practice! Try reading it aloud or speaking to yourself on any topic in front of the mirror. Make a list of the words on which you usually stutter and put greater emphasis on words that begin with those letters while practicing. Practicing mindfulness also helps in that it helps to reduce the anxiety and kind of keeps the stutter in check.
